Summary Azad Kashmir lawyers decided to hold strike today (Thursday).
The decision to carry on with the strikes will be taken after IGP’s reply in the High Court on 23rd January.These words were expressed by Vice Chairman Azad Jammu & Kashmir Bar Council Raja Sajjad Ahmed Khan and Chairman Executive Committee Muhammad Yaqoob Khan Mughal collectively on Wednesday.It is pertinent to mention that lawyers of AJK held the strike favouring Chief Justice’s case.Central Bar submitted an application to find out the real facts and figures of the case regarding which IGP is summoned in the high court on 23rd January.
