Summary PHC has issued contempt of court notice to six men allegedly involved in Uzma Ayyub case.
The said case has been transferred to Anti Terrorism Court.Two-memebr bench comprising Chief Justice Dost Muhammad and Justice Saith Waqar conducted hearing of the case where DIG Idris presented investigation report of rape case.The court ordered to submit the report with DNA test after birth of child.PHC Chief Justice Dost Muhammad remarked, “We would not like to persecute innocent people in this case”.Apart from this contempt of court notice has been issued against six people including DSP Muhammad Subhan and ISI Muzaffar who shouted slogans against court.The court has also directed to conduct departmental inquiry into the matter.
