Summary CJ PHC Dost Muhammad khosa has said that he is taking missing persons cases seriously.
A two-member bench conducted hearing of missing person case.The court was told that security forces had abducted Orangzeb Advocate from a graveyard on December 16 and yet he is missing.Captain Nargis appeared before the court on the part of the security forces and expressed her stance in the court.Chief Justice PHC Dost Muhammad said that all people including Army are equal in the sight of law and Army can not arrest any civilian.On the occasion, Captain Nargis requested the court to provide her some time; so that she may collect information about the missing person and inform the court about him.
