Summary An angry mob protested and set a bus on fire after the death of a student.
According to Dunya News, 18-year-old Haroon was crushed to death by a speeding bus on Samundari Road.Soon after the incident, students and heirs of the student gathered on the road, set the bus ablaze and staged a protest demonstration by blocking the road and burning tyres. They also chanted slogans against the local authorities, besides demanding immediate arrest of the accused driver.A heavy contingent of police, led by senior police officers, reached the spot and dispersed the students after assuring them for immediate action against driver. According to police, the bus driver has been arrested.
