Summary Justice Sheikh Najm Ul Hassan refuses case hearing against former Punjab Chief Minister.
Hearing into kidnapping of Sapna Khan is underway at Lahore High Court.Few days ago, Justice Sheikh Ahmed Farooq excused from the case due to a personal reasons and referred it to Justice Najm Ul Hassan.Today, Justice Najm Ul Hassan also excused from hearing the case and said Justice Manzoor has been following the case.Case file has been resent to Chief Justice Lahore High Court.
