Summary The court has ordered registration of a case of kidnapping against Dost Muhammad Khosa.
Additional Session Judge Lahore Chaudhry Nazir Ahmad conducted the hearing of Sapna-Khosa case. SHO Race Course took the stance after submitting the written reply that Missal Khan is not father of Sapna Khan.The court expressed annoyance over the statement and remarked that Missal Khan has been mentioned as Sapna’s father in her documents including identity card, passport and Nikkahnama.The court ordered the SHO to register a case of Sapna Khan’s kidnapping against Dost Muhammad Khosa and appear on January 6 with a copy of FIR.
