Summary Dost Mohammed Khosa filed a writ petition in against the family of his ex-wife for her recovery.
According to the documents presented in the Lahore High Court, Punjab ex-CM Dost Mohammaed Khosa divorced his wife Sapna on June 19, 2011. He claimed he had no contact with her after the divorce. But Spna was kidnapped on June 22, 2011 while on her way to home.Earlier, the family of Spna filed a writ petition against Dost Mohammed Khosa. Now Khosa has also filed a writ petition for the recovery of Sapna. The court has adjourned the hearing of the case to December 30.
