Summary A junkie injured his wife with strokes of axe when she refused to give him money for drugs.
Local hospital has referred the victim to Jinnah Hospital Lahore.As per details, a junkie demanded money from his wife for drugs but she refused to comply.Being irritated, he targeted her wife with an axe. The area people gathered there after hearing screams of ill-fated girl while accused escaped from the scene.The injured woman was shifted to Tehsil Headquarter Hospital where doctors referred her to Jinnah Hospital. Police reached the site of occurrence and started investigation.
