Summary PHC Chief Justice Dost Muhammad Khan said that court would not tolerate unconstitutional steps.
While addressing the District Bar Peshawar, he said that people’s expectations have increased after restoration of judiciary. That is why people head to the courts, he added.Due to poor performance of government institutions, the number of anti-government cases is rising with the passage of time, he said.He urged the lawyers that they should work to uphold the true spirit of the law at all costs.
