Summary Qari Usman, accused of keeping children in unlawful detention, was sent on remand for four days.
As per details, police presented the accused before the court of judicial magistrate Ashfaq Ahmad Nizamani under tight security.Police told the court that four aides of the accused have escaped from the spot after the raid.On the other hand, Qari Usman stated that he is rendering his services in the seminary for Rs 7,000 a month. He said his job was to teach students, adding that he has nothing to do with the detention and torture of children.The seminary in Sohrab Goth was raided after national TVs aired news that children were kept chained there.
