Summary Sindh Minister for Human Rights Nadia Gabol said released children not to be handed over to parents.
She met with the affected children at seminary adjacent to Jamaea Mosque Zakria Dehlvi in Karachi.While talking to the media, she said that the seminary was not registered; therefore legal action would be taken against it.She said that despite having education in the seminary for many years, many students are unable to recite Kalima.She said that there are many centres in the city for treatment of narcotics addicts; so the children addicted to narcotics should be admitted to these centres.These children were freed as law enforcement agencies raided the seminary following national TV reports that children and some drug addicts are kept chained there in the name of rehabilitation.
