Summary SHC while accepting a constitutional petition has allowed MQM-H to start its political activities.
Sindh High Court divisional bench comprising Chief Justice Mushir Alam and Justice Ali Ahmad Sheikh conducted hearing of the petition and commented that if any democratic party starts its activities within the limits of law and order, it cannot be prohibited.The court also remarked that no citizen can be legally banned from going to his home or his jurisdiction.
