Summary LHC sought explanation from Dost Khosa in a petition for recovery of Sapna Khan on December 2.
When LHC Chief Justice Azmat Shaikh started hearing of the case, Sapna’s mother said in her petition in the court that Dost Muhammad Khosa has abducted her daughter after divorcing her and transferred her to unknown place.She suspected that her daughter might have been condemned to death and appealed to the court to get her abducted daughter recovered.Notice has been issued in the name of former CM Punjab.
