As per details, Shafqat Ran, a position holder from the PU in MCS, was sleeping in her house with her mother, when her relatives opened fire, killing Shafqat and her mother.According to police, Shafqat’s relatives wanted to marry her for property, but she refused. On that her relatives killed them.
