Summary Shahbaz Sharif has ordered day-night work for early completion of road projects in Lahore.
The projects that have notably been ordered expedited include Multan Road, Canal Road and Canal Flyover. The Punjab CM was briefed by the Secretary Communications and Works about the progress on the projects.The CM ordered that best traffic plan must be devised in order to facilitate people and decrease inconvenience to motorists to a bare minimum.Shahbaz was told that all the trees cut along the Canal Road for expansion works have been replaced with 16 per cent extra saplings planted in the city.
