Summary A writ petition has been filed in Peshawar High Court against US drone attacks in the tribal areas.
Advocate FM Sabir filed the petition in the Peshawar High Court in which he took the stance that there were no militants in any area of PakistanHe said Pakistan Army is efficient and well equipped to curb terrorism that’s why the US has no right to violate Pakistan’s sovereignty by hitting drones in Waziristan.The writ further said that thousands of children, women, aged and innocent people have been killed in the US drone attacks.
