The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Wednesday ordered the government to ban on holding public meetings and rallies at the Mall.The Punjab government had imposed ban on holding the rallies and public meetingson the Mall Road but the decision is not being implemented in its true spirit.Traders have filed a writ petition in the court, seeking implementation on the provincial government’s order. The court on the plea of the traders ordered the provincial government to enforce the ban without any delay.
