Summary One person was killed and two others injured in a bus, truck collision near Akhtarabad.
According to details, a truck carrying goods from Lahore to Okara was hit by an over-speeding mazda pick-up near Akhtarabad, killing a person sitting on the front seat of the truck and injuring drivers of the truck and Mazda pick-up.The dead was identified as M Jabbar of Lahore. According to information, the accident was caused by the negligence of the Mazda pick-up.Motorway police reached the site and shifted the injured to hospital with the help of Rescue 1122. A case has also been registered against Mzada pick-up driver.
