Summary Additional Session Judge accepted writ petition against death of a pensioner of Pakistan Railways.
The petitioner’s council Azhar Siddique Advocate said that the Railway pensioner Mahmood Khan was sitting in front of the bank since Tuesday night and suddenly passed away due to heart attack.The court has ordered to take a legal action against the responsible people, seeking an explanation from Mughalpura SHO till October 28.
