Summary Sindh is preparing guidelines to collect skins of sacrificial animals.
Under the new guidelines, collection of skins of sacrificial animals without prior permission will be banned. Section 144 will be imposed in Karachi to maintain order during the Eid holidays.According to sources, exhibition of arms, including sticks and knives, will be prohibited.All welfare and religious organizations will be barred from distribution of papers for sacrificial hides. In addition, police will be informed about any plan to shift sacrificial skins from one place to another.
