Summary The interim bail of MNA Anjam Aqeel, accused of National Police Foundation case, was extended.
Special Judge Central Rawalpindi Syed Ikhlak Ahmad Shah conducted hearing of the afore-said case and expressed his anger over absence of council for Anjam Aqeel, Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui Advocate.The judge remarked that 10 dates have lapsed and Shaukat Siddiqui should shun such behaviour. The court said if the accused or his counsel does not appear in the court, his interim bail would be rejected by summary trial.The counsel for the defence promised to appear before the court at 1 pm but did not come.The court was adjourned till October 25 for further hearing.
