Khurshid along with his cousin tortured his wife Nazia Bibi, resident of Nawabpur Road ruthlessly and escaped from the spot.Having information, parent of Nazia took the victim to Nishtar Hospital where doctors diagnosed she has lost her sight.The affected lady said that her husband used to torture frequently. She appealed to the Punjab CM to bring the accused constable Khurshid to justice.However, police have taken no action against the accused.
