Summary CIA constable shot and injured a woman for not accepting his marriage proposal in Gulshan Ravi.
According to report, Sarwer Bhatti, a constable in CIA Kotwali, proposed a divorced woman Razia Bibi of Sanda. On her refusal to his proposal, Sarwer opened fire on Razia Bibi while she was in market for shopping.The passersby shifted Razia Bibi to Ganga Ram Hospital where she is in critical condition. Razia’s brother-in-law, Tariq, said that Sarwer teased Razia most of the times.
