Summary A lady doctor, a ward boy and his sister have been arrested on charges of kidnapping a newborn.
Karachi Landhi SHO Zafar Iqbal said a child was born to Abdul Ghafoor’s wife two days ago. Lady doctor Hina connived with ward boy Javed and his sister Sameena to kidnap the child Saturday night.Sameena was sneaking out of the private hospital with the child when the guards suspected something wrong and started chasing her. Sameena and his brother said in police custody that Dr Hina had asked them to kidnap the child. Dr Hina said that she was paid hefty money by one Shumaila to kidnap the child.The accused will be presented before court for trial.
