Drug court orders to open sealed laboratories

The court heard the case, filed by owners of 25 private laboratories, stating that the patients are facing problems due to unprecedented increase in the dengue patients.The council for the owners told the court that many people were jobless due to closure of the laboratories, therefore the court passed order to open the laboratories.The court ordered to open the laboratories, directing to charge only Rs 90 for dengue test.The provincial government has fixed Rs 90 for dengue test, but some private laboratories not follow the rate. On public complaints, the management has sealed about 25 laboratories.
