Summary ATC refused to accept challan of 30 employees of KESC under Anti Terrorism Act.
As per details, Gizri police submitted a challan against union chairman Ikhlaq Ahmad and other 30 employees before the administrating judge Justice Maqbool Baqer under Section 7 of Anti Terrorism Act.The court said that the witnesses put before the court did not match the violations mentioned in the Act, and ordered to submit the challan before a magistrate.Union chairman Ikhlaq Ahmad and 30 other employees were arrested on August 30 on charges of arson and vandalism.
