Summary The Chief Justice Lahore High Court takes suo moto on filing of cases in 3 police stations.
The cases were registered against the three members of the same family over a dispute about a money matter. The court has summoned the three SHOs of different police stations on September 17.The cases were registered in Police Station North Cantt, Defence and CIA. The complainant Bashir said in his plea for suo moto notice that the cases were registered on the behest of Sarwar, and the complainant was being harassed.
