Summary An alleged accused, involved in dacoity incident, was killed by police during interrogation.
According to details, an alleged accused, Mubashir, was arrested by Allama Iqbal Town. Mubashir died during interrogation in the police station and police sent the dead body to mortuary. According to police Mubashir died of heart attack. Police have registered a case against two officials.On the other hand, Chief Minister Punjab, Mian Shahbaz Sharif, visited the house of a citizen, Muhammad Rafi of Samanabad, who was killed in Defence Police Station. He condole the death of Muhammad Rafi with the bereaved family. The chief minister issued suspension orders of DSP and SHO of Defence Police Station. The chief minister also presented a compensation cheque of one million rupees to the bereaved family.
