Summary Punjab government decided to erect flyovers at Ichra and FC College and an underpass on Kenchi.
It aims at lessening pressure of traffic on the said roads for convenience of people of these areas.A special meeting was held regarding welfare projects under the chair of Punjab CM Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif. The meeting was attended by MPAs and other officials including Secretary Construction and Communication Major Azam Salman who briefed the meeting.CM said that the project of Multan Road would be completed till September 15, adding that horticulture would be promoted in this regard.He added that roads affected during construction of Qalma Chawk Flyover would be mended on priority basis.
