Summary Lower court has sent four accused of target-killing case on physical remand for six days.
Naeem John, Mustafa Shahnwaz and Nawaz were presented in the court of judicial magistrate Asaf Ahmad under strict surveillance by North Nazimabad Police.It is interesting to note that police was taking them back without remand that the judicial magistrate called the police to justify their stance. The accused showed their injuries to the magistrate and said that police tortured them so bitterly that they were unable to explain.At this, the court extended their physical remand with the direction that police is bound to get them examined medically.
