Summary LHC has rejected bail plea of nine accused of Sialkot lynching incident on Wednesday.

A two-member bench heard the petition filed by defence counsel.The lawyer Rana Bakhtiar on part of the victims Muneeb and Mughees said that nine accused including Sarfraz, Muhammad Amin and Iqbal were involved in the murder of the two brothers, adding that lower court had recorded the statements of witnesses. He prayed to the court that bail plea filed by accused should be rejected.On the other hand, the defence counsel said that all the accused were absolutely innocent; for police had arrested them on the base of doubt.The court after hearing both sides rejected bail petitions of the accused, declaring that when trial of any case is at last stage, bail plea cannot be accepted.
