Summary An all-fated 35-year-old man was gunned down by robbers over resistance in Lahore.
Robbers escaped after looting cash and mobile phone from the victim. Area people held a protest demonstration against police and called for arrest of culprits involved in the murder of an innocent man.As per detail, Imran, resident of Usman Park in the area of Sanda had returned from Germany to see his father 15 days ago.On Wednesday, he was leaving for home after collecting amount of sale from his shops that three dacoits on bike stopped him by force and tried to snatch motorcycle and cash. Imran put up resistance on which robbers shot him dead on the spot and fled away.Police reached the site after two hours and shifted the body of the victim to hospital for post-mortem.The angry people gathered before the police station and protested against perpetual barbarism and criminal negligence of police which was unable to check rising crimes. The protestors also demanded suspension of Sanda SHO.
