Summary SHC ordered a DSP to appear before the court along with the held activist.
Sindh High Court gave the direction on the plea against the disappearance of the leader of Jiya Sindh Progressive Ikhtiar Chando. In the two-member bench consisting of justice Maqbool Baqir and Justice Aqeel Abbasi, SSP Jamshoro Irfan Baloch presented the report in which the arrest of Ikhtiar Chandio was confirmed five months ago.The report also said there were two cases registered against the accused in Dehrki police station. The court rejected the report and ordered to present the DSP who arrested Chandio five months ago. The court said that it wanted to hear the point of view of the accused as he was missing for five months.
