Summary Continuous power shut and hot weather in Multan has made the life of citizens and traders miserable.
According to Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO), the city is facing a shortfall of 600 megawatt of electricity against a demand of 2600 MW.The urban areas of Multan are facing 8 to 9 hours of power shut down due to short fall of 600 megawatt of electricity while this duration in rural is 10 to 11 hours.Long durations of loadshedding in the holy month of Ramazan have made the life of citizens and traders miserable.
