Summary Jameel Akbar Bugti has decided to move BHC over violation of fundamental rights by security forces.
The counsel for Sardar Akbar Bugti’s son Jameel Akbar Bugti told the court that security forces trampled on his clients basic rights by encircling and barging into his house without search warrants.He said that security forces had nothing to do with the search operation, rather their aim was to divert attention from the Bugti murder case, adding that some unseen forces did not wish proceeding against the killers of Sardar Bugti.The lawyer further contended that these forces were threatening the plaintiff to withdraw from the aforesaid case. Therefore, they would also submit a complaint in the BHC and appeal to the court to take action against the unconstitutional act.
