Summary One person was killed and four others injured in offering resistance during dacoity attempts.
According to details, three dacoits entered a house in Block D of North Nazimabad to commit robbery. The dacoits opened fire when the residents offered resistance, killing 28-year-old Waqas and injuring Aneesa and Laeeq Bibi. Both the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment.The second incident of robbery occurred in the jurisdiction of Aziz Bhatti police station. Dacoits injured two people on resistance. Both the injured were rushed to Jinnah Hospital.Meanwhile, police have identified one of the two dead bodies recovered on late Sunday from UBL Complex. The deceased was identified as Liaquat of Junejo Colony.
