Summary A youth was thrashed over stealing a mobile phone-set in Bhawana.
Angry people shaved head, eyebrows and mustaches of the accused and got him wandered in the city.As per detail, a young lad Ansar son of Mumtaz stole a mobile from Muhammad Hussain’s shop, situated at main road and tried to escape from the scene. The shopkeeper chased the accused and succeeded in recovering his mobile near the Old Bus Stand.A large number of people gathered there and tortured the lad severely. They blacked his face, shaved his head, eyebrows and mustaches, got him wandered in the city on the back of an ass and ultimately let him leave.
