The Anti-Terrorism Court on Friday awarded death sentence to accused Shahid Zafar, constable of Sindh Rangers and gave life term to other accused.The court also imposed a fine of Rs 0.2 million on Shahid Zafar, and Rs 0.1 million to the co-accused which will be paid to the heirs of the deceased as compensation.After the verdict, Amin Shah, father of Sarfaraz Shah said the verdict was on merit. He also thanked Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry.While, Sarfarazs mother said she was happy but real justice would be that when the accused would be hanged.
