Summary SHC sought explanation over not making public inquiry report about Air Blue accident.
A division bench of the SHC comprising Chief Justice Musheer Alam and Justice Imam Bux Somro conducted hearing of the petition filed by Nisar A Mujahid Advocate.The Civil Aviation lawyer informed the court that inquiry had been completed but it was not being made public. He stated that it was right of the public to be aware of every incident in the country.During hearing, the court consulted about Shahid Khan Abbasi. The petitioner responded that Abbasi was not appearing before the court. The court ordered to present him before the court on next hearing.The court also directed the Civil Aviation Authority to justify on next hearing under which law the inquiry report was being classified.
