Summary Four people have been confirmed with dengue virus in Karachi over one week.
The Sindh Health Department said that seven people were hospitalized with fever and other symptoms. Their blood samples were tested in the labs and four were confirmed with the dengue virus. The dengue patients are being treated in different hospitals on Karachi.Dengue virus is spread by variant mosquitoes living on sweet, fresh water. Doctors advise that people should not store water in uncovered tubs and containers in houses.
