Summary At least 10 members of parliament from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have their security tightened up.
The MPs, who are backing the government, received threatening letters from terrorists after which their security has been tightened up. Extra contingents of Anti-Terror Squad have been included in their motorcade.The Home Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has issued directives to IG Police and Additional IG Special Branch to provide more security including police and FC personnel to the 10 members who have received threatening letters from terrorists.It is pertinent to mention all 10 members were elected as independent candidates but afterwards they decided to support the coalition government.
