Summary A mother and her infant son were killed when they were hit by a police van in Bhalwal.
The police vehicle, driven by driver Nawab Husasin, hit a cart in Chak-26 near Bhalwal, killing 27-year-old Shakila, wife of Ghulam Raza, and her one and a half month old child Dilber.The heirs of the deceased said that police tortured them and tried to force them to make a patch up.They said that the police did not hand over them the corpses.
