Summary LHC sought explanation from the federal and the provincial government over action against hoarders.
The counsel for the applicant Wakeel Azhar Siddique pinpointed in his petition that hoarders had started their tactics before the advent of Ramazan but the federal and the provincial governments were not taking action against the violators.LHC Justice Khalid Mahmood Khan, while giving his comments, said that it was noble deed to take action against hoarders and everybody should take part in this drive.The court also ordered the federal as well as the provincial government to submit their written justification till August 1.
