No cheap bread despite mechanical tandoors

The Punjab government installed mechanical tandoors in different cities, aiming to provide bread (roti) to the common man at low rates. But due to poor monitoring system, this project has totally collapsed and the management was silent over it.The owners of mechanical tandoors provide bread to hotels to earn more profit and the common man is not getting bread at Rs 2.According to owners of mechanical tandoors, they have to sell it in market to meet their expenditures. They alleged that the food department was also providing low quality flour, therefore the quality of the bread was also poor.
