A single bench of Sindh High Court (SHC) had issued an order on April 19 to reinstated 96 sacked officers of Karachi Electricity Supply Corporation (KESC) out of 246. They KESC management filed an appeal against the decision of the single bench of Sindh High Court. The court rejected the KESC plea and issued the order to reinstate 96 sacked officers.
