Summary At least 18 people of a same family were injured when a bus fell down from a bridge in Karachi.
According to police, an animal suddenly came on the road when a passenger bus, coming from Hyderabad to Orangi No 10, reached near Goth Bandu Khan Hotel.The bus driver tried to save the animal due to which the bus turned uncontrolled and fell down from a bridge. At least 18 people of the same family were injured in the accident.The rescue teams and ambulances arrived at the scene after the information and the injured persons were shifted to Abbassi Shaheed Hospital.The bus driver and the eye witnesses said that the bus slipped due to a hole on the bridge during an attempt to save an animal.
