Summary Residents of Bund Road staged a protest against LESCO after the death of a labourer.
According to details, labourer Naeem alias Nika Gujar died due to electric shock when he was returning to his house on his donkey cart.He touched a high voltage wire when he reached Bund Road and died on the spot. The residents of Bund Road staged a protest against Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) after the death of a labourer.Police handed over the body to the heirs as they refused to file a case against anyone. The donkey was also killed in the incident.
