Summary SHC ordered DPO Sukkur to register case of four victims including a child killed in an encounter.
It was done at the refusal of Police party which had refused to lodge an FIR against the accused.Four persons including a 10-year-old Fiaz were killed an encounter near Kandhra.The heirs of the victims requested the police to register case but the Additional DPO Nazir Gujjar refused to lodge an FIR of the incident.At this, relatives of the dead ones recorded their protest by putting the dead bodies before the SHC Sukkur bench that called the DPO Sukkur to the court and ordered him to register case.
