Summary Kasur Police nominated a 10-year-old child in a case and presented him in the court in hand cuffs.
Police arrested the child after failing to arrest his brother who was accused in the case.As per details, Talib Hussain of Mandi Usman Wala, a suburban village of Kasur, fell in love with a village girl and got married to her. The girl’s family registered a kidnapping case against him.Police went to arrest Talib and in his absence arrested his 10-year-old brother Asif and involved him in the kidnapping case.The family of the girl also tortured Asif and then handed him over to the police. Asif told Dunya News that the police officials have also been torturing him to know his brothers whereabouts.Police nominated Asif in the case as a messenger between the couple.
