Summary LHC has adjourned hearing on plea to stop public processions at the Mall Road till August 12.
Chief Justice Lahore High Court Ijaz Chaudhry conducted hearing of the case and lashed out at Lahore DCO Ahad Cheema.The CJ said why the DCO do not resign if he cannot stop protests on the busiest road of the city.The home secretary submitted written reply on behalf of the Punjab government and said that two points have been reserved for this purpose.The court summoned the chief secretary and TEPA Chief Engineer on next hearing.
